Role Overview
As Manager – Finance (Global Financial Operations), you will oversee the company's international finance and accounting operations end-to-end, operating independently as a business finance partner to the organization. You will provide leadership and coordination across financial reporting, treasury management, accounting, and compliance while working closely with business partners across the organization.
You will manage a team of finance professionals while being a key member of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company's finances, providing leadership and coordination in financial reporting, treasury management, accounting and compliance
  • Liaise with business partners across verticals to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance
  • Ensure timely book closures and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidation
  • Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivables, GL entry, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely preparation and smooth closure of statutory and internal audits
  • Ensure statutory and tax compliances
  • Provide recommendations for improving internal financial controls, efficiencies, and utilization of financial resources
  • Support business heads in budgeting and forecasting

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified
  • 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
Technical Skills
  • Strong business finance orientation with ability to partner with business leaders
  • Excellent financial analysis and commercial acumen
  • Sound knowledge of treasury operations, banking operations, and working capital management
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong business curiosity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable interfacing with business partners at all levels
