We at Qube Cinema are looking to hire talent who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and learning enthusiasts to be part of the Advertisement Sales Team at Hyderabad with experience in leading teams, strategizing, revenue generation, conceptualization and CRM.
The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in selling in advertising space for local market by leading/ mentoring team.  He/She will also need to have a strong understanding of the Hyderabad market and be able to develop and implement new business strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for cinema advertising in the TS market.
  • Identify and target key business trends and categories to focus on.
  • Nurture and mentor team towards sales target achievement and their overall development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agencies in the market.
  • Ideate and bring in new concepts to keep the market excited about cinema space.
  • Keep looking for new business avenues in the space of cinema advertising, develop and monetize the same.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Talent that we are looking for?
  • 10-12 years of media sales experience in Hyderabad market with at least 3-4 years in team management role
  • Good understanding of local retail market
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and a go-getter

Talent that we are looking for?
· 10-12 years of media sales experience, especially in Hyderabad market, preferably with an exposure in Cinema/ Radio/ TV/Outdoor.
· The candidate with experience in the categories like Consumer Durable, Industrial Goods/ Building Material/ Auto will get an extra edge.
· Good network across AOR Agencies/ Media agencies in Hyderabad. Good relationships with the brand custodians; Understanding of local geography. 
· Great communication in English and Telugu, and PR skills, with a client-first approach.
· Hands-on in Excel and Power Point; Making presentation in front of the clients and agencies independently is a must.
· Out-of-the-box thinker and a go-getter
