Seeking proactive candidates to manage clients in the market. The clients would be Exhibitors/Theatre owners, Producers & Distributors (including Hollywood Studios)
Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all the movies released in the country are delivered through the Qube Wire platform.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure that all the cinemas in the country are connected & use Qube Wire.
- Coordinating between the distributors/producers & our internal teams (including our partners) to ensure that deliverables to the clients are met and any queries handled to their satisfaction. Be the point of contact for clients for all their needs & queries.
- Coordinating and monitoring deliverables workflow. Handle the entire process from start to finish.
- Developing relationships with the customers.
- Ensuring bills are raised on time and payments are received from clients.
- Documenting necessary transactions from legal perspectives like sourcing documents for processing titles etc.
- Keeping up to date with the current trends in the market and competition/business intelligence.
- Prepare MIS reports as required by the management.
- Have a Client & customer-centric approach.
- Have a good to excellent understanding of the market. Knowledge of how the distribution works will be a plus.
- Have strong written and oral communication.
- Be a team player and adept at working with teams in different regions & time zones.
- Be proficient in Excel & MS office.
