Job Description:
 
  • Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and visitor reception
  • Coordinate vehicle arrangements, including scheduling transportation for staff and ensuring timely delivery of hard drives and content
  • Organize accommodation for staff and guests as required
  • Oversee courier services, including receiving and dispatching packages and ensuring timely delivery
  • Supervise housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in the office
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Ensure office security protocols are implemented and monitored
  • Handle vendor management and rentals for office equipment and services
  • Oversee infrastructure requirements and ensure smooth operation of office facilities
