Position Overview: The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of theatre video and audio products, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication between clients, the technical team, and internal departments while maintaining a strategic focus on business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for theatre video and audio products that aligns with business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing theatre owners/partners.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct theatre site visits and tours, presenting the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  3. Operations and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve client technical issues efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team to resolve any client financial queries or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team for seamless execution of agreements.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain MIS reports related to sales activities, client data, and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Any Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the cinema or audio-visual industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills to prepare and interpret sales reports and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
