Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's finances, providing leadership and coordination in financial reporting, treasury management, accounting and compliance.
- Be a key part of the senior team, working closely with the senior leadership.
- Ensuring timely book closures and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidation.
- Overseeing all accounting operations including Billing, Accountable / Receivables, GL entry, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Handling Treasury operations of the company.
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations with sound knowledge on IndAS/IFRS.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely preparation and smooth closure of financials. Smoothly complete statutory and internal audits.
- Ensuring statutory and tax compliances.
- Providing suitable recommendations for improving internal financial controls, efficiencies, and utilization of financial resources.
- Coordinating with other business heads to support Budgeting and forecasting.
- Chartered Accountant.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
- Knowledge of IndAS, Taxation, financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and likes to take ownership.
- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
