We at Qube Cinema are looking to hire talent who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiasts to be part of the Advertisement Sales Team at Patna, Bihar with experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, and account management.

Your role would be:

·       Identify and acquire new clients to broaden revenue base - Meeting and persuading clients across the state to buy advertising space or time on Qube Cinema Network screens

·       Manage relations effectively with clients/accounts and agencies to ensure retention of existing clients, increase recurring business deals and revenue from existing clients

·       Regular follow ups with clients

·       Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, client tracker

·       Ensure smooth execution of the deal, from deal closure to revenue collection

·       Work along with the sales operations team for smooth delivery of client expectations

·       Understand the needs of the clients and provide creative solutions

·       Gather market intelligence and prepare reports based on data to share with the partners on a regular interval

·       Travel across Bihar to increase client & revenue base.

Talent that we are looking for?

·       3-6 years of media sales experience in Patna market

·       Great communication and PR skills, with a client-first approach

·       Out-of-the-box thinker and a go-getter
