Engineer – Technical Support(Immersive Audio)

Immersive Audio - Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Installation of Cinema Audio equipment
  • Troubleshooting and Calibration of Professional Audio equipment
  • Repairing & servicing professional Audio Equipments
  • Crimping and soldering Cables as per the requirements provided by various department
  • Training field engineers & end user
  • Helping sales team on pre sales calls for closing the deal on tech front
  • Preparing Cables & connectors for installation (soldering Connectors & Crimping)
  • Maintain customer Database

Prerequisite

  • Candidate Must have basic knowledge about Audio Equipment & PCB repairing
  • ITI / Diploma from relevant field with Minimum 0-2 year experience
  • Knowledge in computer Hardware and Networking is also an added advantage
  • Ready to travel across India
