Job Description:
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join us as a Sales Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing sales strategy for Qube Cinema Network, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate should be and analytical professional who has a proven track record of working closely with sales teams, excels in data analysis, MIS reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop, refine, and execute the functions sales strategy.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
- MIS Management: Maintain and enhance the Management Information System (MIS) for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics.
- Sales Planning: Assist in creating and monitoring annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Works on category/ vertical presentations to equip the sales team with relevant data and insights
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts and track progress towards targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to sales strategy.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Sales Training and Enablement: Support sales team members with training materials and resources to improve their sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) working with sales teams, preferably in a strategic or analytical role. Experience of working in a similar role with a media organization will be a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
