Assistant Manager/Manager - Cinema Ad Sales
Qube Cinema Network is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Cinema Ad Sales. The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through the sale of cinema advertising solutions, building and managing a strong client base, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure successful campaign execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients for cinema advertising opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, brands, and media agencies.
  • Present and promote Qube Cinema Network’s advertising solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and media plans.
  • Provide clients with detailed commercial proposals and cost estimates.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Share relevant market intelligence and business updates on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related business development roles.
  • Experience in media, radio, cinema, digital, print, television, or out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales will be an advantage.
  • Additional certifications or professional courses related to sales, marketing, or business development are desirable.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close business effectively.
  • Good understanding of the advertising and media landscape.
  • Established industry contacts and relationships will be an added advantage.
