About the Role
Qube Cinema Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to support our content creation. This role provides hands-on experience in video editing, post-production workflows, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. The intern will work closely with internal teams to create engaging video content that aligns with our values and purpose.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about video production, editing, storytelling, and exploring the intersection of cinema and technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in editing video content for internal communications including learning content.
• Support the post-production process, including video trimming, sequencing, transitions, audio synchronization, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
• Assist in organizing and managing video assets, project files, and media libraries.
• Support the team in reviewing footage, selecting appropriate shots, and enhancing storytelling through editing techniques.
• Assist with basic animation, graphics, and visual effects as required.
• Contribute to creative ideas and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
• Freshers with a passion for video editing, filmmaking, and digital content creation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in video editing, visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound editing, and color grading.
• Familiarity with content trends and video formats.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Portfolio or previous video editing projects (academic, personal, or professional) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
