Senior Manager - Talent Management and Special Projects 

Department: Human Resources
Reports to: CHRO
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management:

  • Design and implement development programs.
  • Responsible for an effective performance management system
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Special Projects:

  • Lead HR projects from concept to execution.
  • Guide organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Work with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals and strategy.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs and special projects.

Profile requirement:

  • MBA with specialization HR/Marketing.
  • 5+ years of work experience in talent management, with project management experience.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
